Banking Center Manager
Responsibilities
- Administers and operates the banking center, including managing branch profit and loss.
- Executes the sales process and ensures client satisfaction and retention.
- Implements and complies with operational standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Hires, trains, develops, and evaluates staff.
- Makes individual sales goals and maximizes sales and profitability of the banking center.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Banking experience: 4+ years with 2+ years in consumer lending.
- Supervisory experience: 2+ years, preferably in banking or retail.
- NMLS eligibility required.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $121,300 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and career level.
