Primary responsibilities
- Oversee and direct banking center staff to meet or exceed goals in service, sales, financial, and operational areas.
- Lead service and sales management efforts, manage, develop, coach, and motivate staff, and hold them accountable for results.
- Implement sales and service programs to promote customer retention, expansion, and acquisition.
- Engage in business development activities for both consumer and small business clients.
- Achieve and maintain a deposit base exceeding $50M or manage multiple retail locations with supervisory responsibilities.
- Oversee risk and compliance within the banking center, including formal audit results.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and support the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) policy.
- Support and promote the Bank's CRA Policy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five to ten years of related experience and/or training.
- Knowledge of accounting software, contact management systems, database software, internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
- Ability to read, interpret documents, write routine reports, speak effectively, calculate figures, and apply mathematical concepts.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
- Ability to interpret instructions and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact with customers, business representatives, and community/civic organizations.
