About the role
Banking Center Manager - Natural leader with a passion for community involvement and customer service. Lead a team to meet or exceed loan, deposit, and fee income goals while building and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and expand the market area through sales calls and networking
- Involvement in local community through civic organizations or groups
- Train and motivate team members to achieve high-quality customer service standards and profit goals
- Develop and implement activities within the branch market area
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels to ensure high-quality customer service
- Monitor and improve operational and administrative efficiencies
- Maintain regulatory compliance standards
- Control operational and administrative expenses
- Resolve customer service issues
- Represent the company professionally at civic and community events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Schedule
Monday through Thursday 9:00AM to 4:00PM, Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Saturday 9:00AM to 1:00PM
