Banking Center Manager

This position involves leading and managing a retail banking center to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively executed, fostering a positive work culture, and representing the organization professionally within the community.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic leadership by coaching and managing the banking team, promoting associate engagement, and modeling company culture.
• Driving sales and business development through coaching advice-driven sales processes, building relationships with clients and partners, and expanding market presence.
• Ensuring an exceptional client experience by delivering prompt resolution of issues.
• Managing team recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Maintaining compliance with regulations, policies, and risk management practices.
• Leading operational efficiency by monitoring metrics, implementing improvements, and controlling expenses.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to meet regulatory and background check requirements
