Banking Center Manager
About the role
Banking center managers are needed to lead teams and build client relationships in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive sales calls and networking
- Meet or exceed loan, deposit, and fee income goals
- Involvement in local community through civic organizations or groups
- Train and motivate staff to achieve high quality customer service standards
- Implement activities within the branch market area
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Monitor and improve operational and administrative efficiencies
- Maintain regulatory compliance
- Control operational and administrative expenses
- Resolve customer service issues
- Represent the company professionally in community affairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
