Banker

Role: A Licensed Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for delivering exceptional client service, deepening relationships, and driving branch growth through consultative guidance. Key Responsibilities Manage and expand a client portfolio by building lasting relationships and acquiring new clients.Engage clients via in-person and phone interactions to understand needs and recommend tailored banking and investment solutions, including deposits, loans, and insurance.Open, service, and support accounts; assist clients with digital banking tools and self-service options.Originate and process consumer credit requests; refer complex needs to specialists; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.Drive growth through deposits, loans, investments, and fee income.Educate clients on digital tools and financial wellness, address inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.Monitor client portfolios, ensure compliance with regulatory policies, and stay informed on market trends.Participate in community activities, team collaborations, and training, modeling company values and teamwork. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required; college degree or military experience preferred.5-10 years of retail banking or financial services experience with a proven results record.Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.Ability to learn products quickly, demonstrate confidence in presenting solutions, and influence clients.Proficiency with banking systems, CRM tools, and office software.Flexibility to work branch hours, including Saturdays, and support nearby branches.Bilingual skills are a plus. Note: This role does not process teller transactions. Licensing requirements include active FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations; additional registrations or certifications may be needed based on duties and market. Employment is contingent upon background and compliance checks, including S.A.F.E. Act regulations.
