Role Overview: This position involves delivering exceptional customer service in a retail banking environment, processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and promoting bank products and services. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely banking transactions, including deposits, currency handling, and account opening.Engage clients through consultative conversations to identify needs and recommend suitable products such as savings accounts, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.Cross-sell banking services, make referrals, and conduct outbound calls to deepen client relationships and generate new business.Assist with loan applications and support daily operations, including teller and platform support to minimize wait times and ensure quality service.Resolve client inquiries, research issues, and respond effectively to ensure excellent client experiences.Maintain compliance with regulations, internal controls, and bank policies, including risk management and audit procedures.Support operational efficiency by participating in training, staying informed of updates, and assisting management as needed. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of teller experience preferred.Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with relevant education and experience.Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Compliance with background, credit checks, and regulatory requirements, including the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act. Additional Duties: Perform miscellaneous job-related tasks, support team training, and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.
