Role Overview: The position involves delivering exceptional client service by supporting teller and platform operations, including processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and cross-selling banking products. Responsibilities Assist clients with deposits, currency handling, check cashing, and account openings for checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products/services.Research and resolve account issues, respond to inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, participate in campaigns, and promote bank services.Support operational efficiency, adhere to compliance, risk management, and internal controls, and stay informed of updates.Assist with daily center operations, including audit controls, training new associates, and providing support as needed.Develop personal knowledge through training and meetings to enhance service quality.Perform other related duties as assigned and ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards. Qualifications & Skills Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily, with a substitute combination of education and experience acceptable.Strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.Knowledge of banking products, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.Proactive in client engagement, operational support, and team collaboration.Commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory adherence.
