Role Overview: This position involves delivering high-quality customer service in a retail banking environment by processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and promoting bank products. Key Responsibilities Support teller and platform functions to minimize wait times and enhance client experience, including deposits, currency handling, and account opening.Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable banking products and services.Open and process demand and time deposit accounts such as savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.Conduct outbound calls and participate in campaigns to generate new business and deepen client relationships.Assist clients with loan applications and coordinate with relevant teams for processing.Resolve client inquiries, research issues, and ensure timely, effective problem resolution.Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal controls.Support daily operational activities, including audit procedures and training new staff. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred, with at least 1 year of teller experience. Ability to perform essential duties, meet background and credit check requirements, and comply with S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing regulations. Strong communication, sales, and client service skills are essential.
