Role Overview: This position involves delivering high-quality customer service by processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and promoting bank products. Key Responsibilities Support teller and platform functions to minimize wait times and ensure excellent service, including handling deposits, currency, and check cashing.Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable products and services.Open and process new deposit accounts such as savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.Cross-sell banking products and refer clients to deepen relationships and generate new business.Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, participate in campaign activities, and assist with loan applications.Resolve client inquiries, deliver exceptional service, and maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.Assist with daily operations, audit controls, and training of new associates to support operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; prior teller experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, and coin counter.Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with a focus on customer service and compliance. Additional Notes: No supervisory responsibilities. No specific licenses required. Employment is contingent upon background and credit checks, with compliance to all related regulations.
