Role Overview Provide high-quality customer service by processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and promoting bank products through outreach and tailored recommendations. Support daily banking operations, including teller and platform tasks, to ensure efficient service and minimal wait times. Key Responsibilities Assist with deposits, currency handling, and account openings such as checking, savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.Identify client needs via consultative conversations and recommend suitable products and services.Cross-sell and refer clients to deepen relationships and generate new business.Conduct outbound calls to prospects and clients, participate in campaigns, and support loan application processes.Resolve client inquiries, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain operational efficiency.Support daily operations, assist with training new associates, and stay informed of procedural updates. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED, with preferred experience as a Teller.Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with knowledge of banking operations and customer service.Compliance with background checks, credit requirements, and regulatory standards.
