About the role

This onsite position involves providing high-quality customer service in a retail banking environment, focusing on processing financial transactions and opening various deposit accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily banking transactions, account openings, and product recommendations to deepen relationships.
• Perform outbound calls to promote banking products, support sales, and achieve referral goals.
• Support loan applications and refer clients to appropriate partners.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, risk management, and regulatory standards.
• Assist with daily operations, audit controls, and staff training.
• Support operational efficiency, stay informed of updates, and perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED, with preferred experience as a Teller.
• Must meet background and credit check requirements and comply with S.A.F.E. regulations.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills are essential.
