Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality customer service in a retail banking environment, processing financial transactions, and opening various accounts. It includes introducing bank products, making tailored recommendations, and supporting sales and outreach efforts to deepen client relationships. Key Responsibilities Support teller and platform functions to ensure efficient service, including deposits, currency handling, and account openings.Identify client needs through consultative conversations, cross-sell products, and make referrals to generate new business.Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, assist with loan applications, and support special deposit/loan campaigns.Resolve client inquiries, deliver excellent service, and enhance product knowledge through training.Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and internal controls, and assist with operational tasks and staff training. Qualifications & Skills: A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with at least one year of teller experience. Must meet background, credit, and licensing requirements, including compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act. Ability to perform essential duties and adapt to operational updates is essential.
