Role Overview: This position involves delivering high-quality customer service in a retail banking environment by processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and promoting bank products and services. Key Responsibilities Support teller and platform functions, including deposits, currency handling, and account openings.Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable products and services.Open and manage various deposit accounts, including savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, participate in campaigns, and refer business to deepen relationships.Assist clients with loan applications, facilitating the process with appropriate teams.Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring excellent customer experience.Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal controls.Support operational efficiency through daily tasks, audit controls, and onboarding new staff. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of teller experience preferred. Ability to perform essential duties, adapt to operational updates, and meet background and licensing requirements is necessary.
