Role Overview Provide high-quality, accurate customer service through daily processing of financial transactions and account openings in a retail banking setting. Introduce bank products and services via outreach, offering tailored recommendations to deepen client relationships, and perform outbound sales calls to meet or exceed sales and referral goals. Key Responsibilities Support teller and platform functions, including processing deposits, handling cash, and opening various deposit accounts.Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable banking products and services.Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts, cross-sell products, and refer clients to bank partners.Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, supporting deposit and loan campaigns.Assist clients with loan applications and coordinate their processing.Resolve client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and attend training to enhance product knowledge.Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and risk management procedures.Support daily operations, assist with audit controls, and help train new associates. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of teller experience preferred.Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.Must pass background and credit checks, and comply with S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act requirements.
