Role Overview: This position involves delivering exceptional customer service in a retail banking environment, focusing on financial transactions, account management, and product recommendations. Key Responsibilities Perform daily financial transactions, including deposits, currency handling, and check cashing, while supporting teller and platform functions.Open new accounts such as checking, savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit, while cross-selling banking products to deepen client relationships.Conduct outbound calls and participate in campaigns to generate new business and referrals.Assist clients with loan applications, guiding them through the process and coordinating with appropriate teams.Research and resolve client inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and prompt issue resolution.Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, internal controls, and ethical standards.Support operational efficiency by assisting with daily activities, audit controls, and onboarding new staff.Stay updated on operational changes and complete additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of teller experience preferred.Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, demonstrating knowledge, skills, and a customer-focused attitude.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Compliance awareness with banking regulations and internal policies.Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development activities. Additional Requirements: Successful completion of background and credit checks, compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act, and adherence to all regulatory standards are mandatory for continued employment.
