Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction according to INTRUST’s Character Qualities.
• Deliver a friendly, accurate, knowledgeable, and professional customer experience.
• Proactively identify customers’ and prospects’ financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open and service customer accounts, ensuring all financial needs are met through proactive communication.
• Uncover lending needs and complete customer loan applications, including gathering necessary documents.
• Identify opportunities for referrals to other areas of the corporation to fully meet customers’ financial needs.
• Complete documentation correctly the first time, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Comply with bank operations and security procedures, protecting customer confidentiality and bank integrity.
• Accurately and efficiently process teller transactions within standard bank and teller policies, including timely scanning through branch capture.
• Perform other branch-specific responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Demonstrated strong consultative and customer service skills, effective communication, listening, and organizational skills.
• Ability to utilize multiple Microsoft Office products and web-based applications simultaneously.
• Ability to meet registration qualifications for the Nationwide Mortgage Lending System, if not already registered.

Physical Demands

• Extended periods of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., with the ability to stoop and bend.
• Physical demands should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
