Responsibilities

• Respond to interpreting sessions promptly and professionally
• Render correct concepts and meanings according to established protocols
• Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation and enunciation
• Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the interpreting sessions
• Stay calm and neutral during emotionally charged calls
• Understand and follow industry-specific protocols and terminologies
• Ensure confidentiality and respect cultural sensitivities
• Adapt to any LLS technology enhancements to improve service delivery

Requirements

• Fluency in Balochi and English
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• Cultural competency and ability to handle sensitive topics
• Education or work experience in language-related fields preferred
• Ability to adapt to LLS technology enhancements
• At least 18 years old
• Licensed to work in the United States
• Ability to read and write in both languages (highly preferred)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship
• Access to a quiet workspace with a high-speed internet connection
• Physical ability to operate a computer and keyboard

Skills

• Strong language skills in Balochi and English
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive topics
• Technical proficiency with LLS software and systems
