About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Openkrill. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support our core advertising platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, data science, and operations to deliver high-quality features and improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Proven experience in software development, ideally within the ad tech, digital marketing, or related industries.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.Experience with web technologies, APIs, and cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.Familiarity with database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable software solutions to support Openkrill’s advertising platform.Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.Maintain and improve existing systems to enhance performance, security, and scalability.Contribute to the development of best practices, coding standards, and documentation.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve our platform.Assist in troubleshooting production issues and providing timely resolutions.Work closely with data teams to optimize data pipelines and analytics capabilities.
