Backend Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications in cloud environments using Jira and Git
• Build efficient, scalable, secure, and observable applications
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QAs, and business analysts
• Contribute to new app designs and improve existing services
• Actively participate in technical design and build from user stories
• Proactively address technical issues and provide feedback in code reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing and building backend services for workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., Temporal)
• 5+ years experience with Rust, Node, C#, or Python
• 5+ years experience with SQL and document database development
• Firm understanding of fundamental design principles for scalable applications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements

Qualifications

• Firm understanding of cloud infrastructure and self-deployment capabilities in container pipelines
