As a Trades Pro Specialist, you'll become the trusted sales partner for local contractors, businesses, schools, municipalities, and government organizations. You'll build lasting customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored solutions that help your customers get the tools and equipment they need to keep their operations running.

What You'll Do

  • Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, businesses, schools, municipalities, and government customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that help their businesses operate more efficiently
  • Grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Follow up on leads through phone, email, and in-person conversations
  • Prepare quotes, assist with bids, and help customers find the right products for their projects
  • Partner closely with store leadership and sales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Track customer interactions and sales opportunities using company systems

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone who enjoys helping people, takes initiative, and loves building relationships
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, Retail Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Banking or Financial Services, Relationship-Based Customer Support
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
  • A valid driver's license
