B2B Remote Collections Representative CST/EST

About the role

This is a remote/work-from-home position.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers by telephone, approve written correspondence, and attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
• Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received
• Perform skip tracing to locate consumer contact information
• Counsel delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet their payment obligations
• Comply with and stay up-to-date on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties
• Comply with and stay up-to-date on all TSI policies and procedures
• Maintain knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in commercial collections required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and a proven record of accomplishments
• Strong interpersonal skills and integrity
• Good organizational skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Positive attitude and ability to solve problems
• Ability to work well in a team/competitive environment
• Negotiation skills
• AS/400 and FACS experience is a plus
• FDCPA knowledge is helpful
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
• Available to work between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
• Stable work history
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Remote Position Requirements

• Broadband internet connection (No DSL or Dial-Up)
• Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Minimum internet speed: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload

Pay

$14–16/hour + monthly commission bonus structure
