B2B Outside Sales Representative (Commercial Dept.)

Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by recommending tailored, innovative solutions based on in-depth training.
- Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
- Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
- Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of customers’ commercial properties (training provided).
- Make recommendations based on inspections, address customer questions, explain solutions, and set expectations to provide peace of mind about their pest program.
- Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized (training included).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Pay
Estimated first-year earnings: $80,000 - $120,000 USD annually (includes base salary plus uncapped commission structure).
