About the Role
You possess a rare blend of B2B marketing experience that spans demand and revenue generation, content strategy, marketing automation, paid media, social media, analytics, web strategy, and user experience. You also have the relationship skills to inspire client executive leadership and internal team members alike towards a strategic vision. You have demonstrated the ability to lead large, complex, enterprise engagements on a global scale.
The work involves developing holistic, end-to-end marketing and revenue growth strategies for enterprise B2B companies in the High Tech Industry. You will flex your strategy, product marketing, and Go-To-Market skills to help clients transform their organizations into demand growth machines.
Responsibilities
- Lead a large enterprise commercial marketing demand function through collaborating with leadership, clients, and stakeholders on a global scale.
- Set the vision, roadmap, and strategy for commercial marketing across the team and its partners in martech, data, web, partner, account, finance, and transformation.
- Regularly benchmark clients for best practices, KPIs, and planning purposes.
- Translate client business challenges into clear goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough high-tech industry market-based research and analysis to better serve clients.
- Conduct informational workshops to inform proposals and recommendations.
- Facilitate strategic workshops with client teams to analyze and influence end-to-end integrated strategy from positioning and brand to campaigns and content.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through digital and other channels including partner, sales, campaigns, communications, and organizational processes.
- Translate strategic discoveries, research, and workshop outcomes into external-facing narratives, strategy briefs, and roadmaps for clients and delivery teams.
- Articulate content and campaign strategies that drive MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and opportunities.
- Lead meetings and workshops with senior leadership and clients, ensuring cross-functional alignment on strategies.
- Start with a data mindset to demonstrate return on investment for all marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing B2B marketing strategies for high-tech clients, leading enterprise-scale commercial campaigns through data-driven, integrated marketing programs across web, mobile, social, email, partner, and traditional channels.
- Minimum 10 years of experience building out assets for client workshops, business development efforts, and constructing high-impact strategies.
- Minimum 8 years of experience establishing key business performance metrics and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have led an enterprise commercial marketing team reporting to the C-Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with limited guidance.
- Diverse array of agency experiences across industries and strategic skill sets.
Pay
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:
- California: $132,500 to $338,300
- Cleveland: $122,700 to $270,600
- Colorado: $132,500 to $292,200
- District of Columbia: $141,100 to $311,200
- Illinois: $122,700 to $292,200
- Maine: $112,000 to $249,000
- Maryland: $132,500 to $292,200
- Massachusetts: $132,500 to $311,200
- Minnesota: $132,500 to $292,200
- New York: $122,700 to $338,300
- New Jersey: $141,100 to $338,300
- Virginia: $122,700 to $311,200
- Washington: $141,100 to $311,200
