About the Role
Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure for government missions. Work with government leads and Product Owners to define technical requirements and release timing. Architect and implement AWS solutions using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch and CloudTrail
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience, or 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AWS cloud infrastructure for federal or public sector clients
- Hands-on experience with core AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and identity/access management in regulated environments
- U.S. Citizenship is required, and ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Pay
Estimated starting salary range of $100,000-$140,000 per year.
