Responsibilities
- Define and lead the multi-year claims technology strategy and roadmap development
- Communicate the enterprise vision for claims, ensuring alignment across business units
- Establish delivery boundaries in partnership with account management
- Drive education and adoption strategies for business value investment
- Lead high-impact initiatives with Claims Operations and Strategic Solutions teams
- Assess external partner impacts ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Ensure the integration of leading-edge technologies in future roadmaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; equivalent experience accepted
- 12 years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or operations
- 8 years of leadership and people management experience
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Strong communication skills with all organizational levels
