AVP Enterprise Implementations, Migrations & Customer Success - REMOTE

This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes while strengthening market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise implementation leader for the Judi Health migration, overseeing program strategy and governance
• Lead cross-departmental coordination on financial, operational, and client-impact information for implementations and migrations
• Establish and improve implementation and migration frameworks, including assessments and quality controls
• Develop and deliver strategic communications for senior leadership, highlighting risks and recommendations
• Advise clients on aligning migration pathways and implementation plans with business growth objectives
• Translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps for delivery
• Contribute to long-range strategic planning for future-state capabilities

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Operations, Sales, or IT, with 5 years in a client-facing role
• 8 years of leadership or people management experience
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Strong program and project management skills for complex change initiatives
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong decision-maker with the ability to drive execution and resolve ambiguity
• Critical thinking skills to synthesize information into actionable plans

Pay

$164,000 – $279,000 annually
