Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide meeting support to the Incident Manager (IM), Deputy Incident Manager(s) (DIM), Chief of Staff (CofS), and other Operations Chief response activities, as needed.
- Timely review of e-mails requesting support related to day-to-day, and EOC operations.
- Moderate audio bridge lines in support of Conference Calls.
- Cook up and prep conference rooms (actual/virtual) ahead of meetings.
- Coordinate scheduling and support Envision video conferencing, audio, and web conferencing applications (Web Ex, ZOOM and MS Teams).
- Conduct monthly AV systems checks and document issues with recommended solutions.
- Perform basic copier/printer maintenance.
- Work encompasses shift assignments to support 24/7/365 operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
- Junior (BA/BS, with 0-3+ years’ experience, or 5+ years work experience).
- Audio Visual expertise is required, but no standard certification is needed.
- Knowledge of AV Control systems.
- Experience in Emergency Response preferred, in a public health setting, desired.
- Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Mail).
- Ability to effectively communicate needs at all briefings to assist with operational strategy.
- Ability to identify gaps in existing resources.
- Ability to multitask in emergency situations.
- Ability to be flexible with a strong sense of urgency.
- Interpersonal communication: telephone, email, and business etiquette.
- Strong proofreading skill and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of QSC - Q-SYS Knowledge of Digital Signage: SpinetiX Elementi Application.
