Role Summary
The Audiovisual Support Engineer plays a critical role by directly supporting all team members, clients, and client business teams, providing technical proficiency in live sound production, a strong awareness of room acoustics, live sound mixing, knowledge and experience with wireless/RF transmission, stage management and level controls, technical knowledge and aptitude for general audiovisual systems, and the ability to manage stage production in a compressed time frame.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in live audio/event production as primary FOH and PM, including digital mix console, digital audio transport (Dante, etc.), wireless/RF systems, lighting and lighting control, general audio reinforcement principles, and PA system equipment and usage
- Experience with live audio recording and streaming is a plus
- Experience with integrated audiovisual/conference systems highly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Able and confident to work in compressed time frames with a wide range of clients and production needs
- Experience in IT/Desktop support a plus, but not required
