About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery within the healthcare space. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution and helping teams focus on the metrics that matter most.
Responsibilities
- Analyze autonomous coding outputs to evaluate performance against benchmarks
- Identify clinical scenarios and workflows suitable for automation scaling
- Detect AI errors and compliance concerns needing escalation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into recommendations
- Communicate insights and risks clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, or related field with 8 years in healthcare coding and technology
- High School Diploma/GED plus 12 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle and coding
- Active coding certification (CCS, COC, RHIA, RHIT)
- Experience with EHR systems, Computer-Assisted Coding, and healthcare automation technologies
- Proven analysis of coding, automation, and compliance data to identify performance trends

Pay
$125,600 – $172,700 annually
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
