Autonomous Coding Adoption Specialist

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Autonomous Coding Adoption Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze automation data to assess coding performance metrics against benchmarks
• Identify clinical scenarios and specialties that can benefit from increased automation
• Mitigate risks by detecting AI errors and compliance issues
• Communicate insights through clear data reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Escalate critical software bugs and compliance gaps to appropriate teams
• Collaborate across teams to pinpoint opportunities and address coding concerns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher and 7 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED and 11 years of relevant experience
• Experience as RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, or RN in diverse settings
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Experience with Computer-Assisted Coding (CAC) or autonomous coding engines
• Demonstrated communication skills for client retention and alignment

Pay

$143,200 – $196,900 annually
