Autonomous Coding Integration Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a Autonomous Coding Integration Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will focus on designing and supporting healthcare integration solutions that connect clinical and billing workflows across the organization. You will partner closely with integration teams and cross-functional stakeholders to improve data flow reliability, validate coding outputs, and support go-live success. The position requires a strong understanding of HL7 and FHIR standards, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex interface and workflow issues in a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,600 – $147,950 annually Responsibilities Design and troubleshoot HL7 and FHIR interfaces Collaborate with integration teams to deploy autonomous solutions Support interface testing and go-live activities Ensure data flows meet business and technical requirements Assist in validating coding outputs and billing outcomes Serve as a liaison among various teams Develop innovative solutions for integration challenges Qualifications Associate degree or higher, or 7 years of computer/data integration experience High School Diploma or GED and 11 years of computer/data integration experience Minimum 3 years of experience with HL7 and/or FHIR healthcare integration Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Hospital and/or Professional Billing workflows Minimum 3 years of experience with HL7 messaging standards and Epic integration architecture Benefits Programs for physical and financial well-being Competitive pay and benefits Travel expenses covered for onboarding Remote work flexibility Support for continued professional development Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
