Requirements
- 2+ years of management, sales, or operations experience
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and team performance
- Experience with diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services
- ASE certification preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Valid Driver’s License
Qualifications
