About the role
Manage all aspects of the tire service department including customer service, inventory management, and sales. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety protocols
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay
