About the role
Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead and motivate a service team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of sales, operations, or management experience in the automotive industry, excellent communication and sales skills, and a strong background in automotive repairs and diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and develop relationships.
- Coordinate the workflow of technicians.
- Recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years sales/operations/management experience (automotive industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Automotive experience in direct repair and diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance.
- ASE certification preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer and phone skills.
- Flexible schedule including Saturdays.
- Background check required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- High School degree, college preferred.
