Responsibilities
- Ensuring Processes are being followed in the Service Lane
- Dispatching Repair Orders to the appropriate Technicians
- Handling Customer Concerns
- Conducting Weekly Advisor Reviews
- Leading Meetings
- Active involvement in T.O.'s to provide a fresh perspective and presentation to customers.
- Closing Repair Orders
- Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service need.
- Filling in at the desk when needed
- Understanding customers' requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required.
- Assisting in Hiring
- Maintaining a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.
Qualifications
- Experience in Service Advising and being a Top Performer
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- Motivated and Enthusiastic
- Driver's License
