Automotive Service Lane Manager / Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Processes are being followed in the Service Lane
• Dispatching Repair Orders to the appropriate Technicians
• Handling Customer Concerns
• Conducting Weekly Advisor Reviews
• Leading Meetings
• Active involvement in T.O.'s to provide a fresh perspective and presentation to customers.
• Closing Repair Orders
• Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service need.
• Filling in at the desk when needed
• Understanding customers' requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required.
• Assisting in Hiring
• Maintaining a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Advising and being a Top Performer
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
• Motivated and Enthusiastic
• Driver's License
