Up to $3000.00 Sign on bonus available for Chrysler advisor experience Service Consultant wanted for a very busy Automotive Service Department. Please note: this position is located in Bradenton, Florida. Applicants must be able to commute to Bradenton, or relocate to the area. We’re looking for a Service Advisor/Service Consultant who can combine technical knowledge with emotional intelligence, urgency, and precision. You’ll be the key contact for customers, helping them feel informed, respected, and confident in every service experience. This is a high-performance, team-driven role where success depends on your ability to communicate clearly, anticipate customer concerns, and coordinate effectively with technicians. This Service Consultant Position Offers Excellent Pay Plan potential to make $60,000-$120,000 per year Great Benefits (Pre-Tax Matching 401K and Medical Insurance Packages) Service Consultant Responsibilities Greet service customers warmly and guide them through the repair process with clarity and care Accurately write repair orders based on customer concerns and technician diagnosis Communicate proactively with others and set expectations, provide updates, and follow up Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate repair statusWork well with others, cross-departmentally and in the best interest of everyoneTranslate complex technical information into clear, customer-friendly languageHandle multiple service appointments with a sense of urgency and attention to detailMonitor repair timelines and customer satisfaction, aiming for timely delivery and high CSI scores Help identify additional service needs and promote preventative maintenance plans Service Consultant Requirements 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or related customer-facing automotive role Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and repair processesValid Driver’s License and clean driving recordWilling to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening Comfortable using service software and communicating via phone, text, and email Chrysler experience a plus About Firkins Automotive We are family owned and have been in business for over 65 years.We are located in Bradenton, Florida – just 10 minutes from award winning beaches!Customer Service is our number one priority.Our Service Department is currently expanding to better serve our community.
