Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- SOURCE, ACQUIRE, AND MANAGE THE DEALERSHIP'S PRE-OWNED VEHICLE INVENTORY. DETERMINE PRICING STRATEGIES AND OVERSIGHT MERCHANDISING EFFORTS.
- FOSTER A CUSTOMER-FOCUSED ENVIRONMENT, SURE THAT CUSTOMERS RECEIVE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE PURCHASE PROCESS.
- DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE SALES STRATEGIES TO MAXIMIZE REVENUE, EXPAND MARKET SHARE, AND CAPITALIZE ON EMERGING TRENDS IN THE USED CAR MARKET.
- ANALYZE SALES DATA, TRACK KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS, AND IMPLEMENT DATA-DRIVEN DECISIONS TO OPTIMIZE SALES AND PROFITABILITY.
- ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH INDUSTRY REGULATIONS, COMPANY POLICIES, AND ETHICAL STANDARDS IN ALL SALES ACTIVITIES.
Qualifications
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS A SALES MANAGER IN THE USED CAR INDUSTRY, DEMONSTRATING A TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN ACHIEVING AND EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS.
- In-Depth Knowledge Of Pre-Owned Vehicle Market Trends, Pricing Strategies, And Customer Preferences.
- Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Inspire And Guide A Sales Team To Success.
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills.
- BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A MUST
- Valid Driver's License And A Clean Driving Record.
