Bronx Automotive BDC Supervisor
The Bronx Automotive BDC Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the BDC team and ensuring they provide exceptional customer service. - Hire and maintain all BDC staff and conduct ongoing training
- Supervise and regularly review the performance of the BDC team, including inbound phone connectivity rate, appointments set rate, and satisfaction of calls
- Perform analysis on BDC activity to identify trends and enhancement opportunities
- Frequent coaching to improve BDC staff performance and ensure the team provides exceptional customer service in a fast-paced work environment
- Resolve BDC customer service concerns or collaborate with management to resolve issues
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
- Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills
- Possess a courteous, friendly, and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to speak and communicate clearly
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to submit to a driving record check
- Ability to work in a technology-oriented environment
Work Location
Work location is in person, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed.
