Automotive Service Advisor/Sales

Role Overview: The Assistant Store Manager/Service Advisor is responsible for selling and promoting automotive products and services, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to store standards. Key Responsibilities Greet customers professionally in person and via phone, documenting their concerns accurately.Inspect vehicles, identify service needs, and recommend appropriate solutions, communicating clearly with customers.Provide accurate estimates on costs and completion times, updating customers throughout the service process.Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories, and follow proper procedures for transactions and warranty tracking.Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and manage warranty and return processes.Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations. Qualifications & Skills Experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not required.Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days.Ability to work at least five days a week, including Saturdays.
