Automotive Service Advisor/Sales

Role Overview: The Assistant Store Manager/Service Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling all products and services, ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Customer Interaction: Greet customers professionally, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and accurately document service needs.Sales & Recommendations: Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories, clearly communicating costs and timelines.Service Coordination: Provide accurate quotes, update customers during service, and review completed work and warranties.Follow-up & Tracking: Conduct post-service follow-ups and track returns, core parts, and warranty items.Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks to support store operations.
