Automotive Service Advisor/Sales

Role Overview: The Assistant Store Manager/Service Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling all products and services, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to store standards. They greet customers, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and recommend appropriate services, clearly communicating costs and timelines. They document customer interactions, follow up post-service, and track warranty and return parts. The role involves providing accurate quotes, updating customers during service, and ensuring satisfaction. Additional duties include managing documentation and assisting with store operations. Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required. Candidates should have a professional appearance, ability to work in a process-driven environment, and possess a valid driver’s license or obtain one within 30 days. Flexibility to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays, is necessary.
