Automotive Service Advisor/Sales

Role Overview: The Assistant Store Manager/Service Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling automotive products and services while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet customers professionally in person and by phone, documenting concerns and inspecting vehicles to identify service needs.Recommend services based on expertise, communicate additional technician suggestions, and document all recommendations.Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating product knowledge.Provide accurate quotes, update customers on service status, and review completed services, warranties, and inspections.Follow proper procedures during checkout, conduct post-service follow-ups, and track returns and warranty parts.Perform other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.Professional appearance, process-driven mindset, and valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.Ability to work at least five days, including Saturdays.
