Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

The Sales and Service Advisor promotes and sells automotive services and products, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication, thorough vehicle inspections, and accurate service recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously in person and by phone, documenting concerns and inspecting vehicles.
• Recommend appropriate services, clearly communicate additional findings, and document all recommendations.
• Promote sales by demonstrating product knowledge, providing accurate quotes, and updating customers on service progress.
• Conduct post‑service follow‑ups, track returns and warranty parts, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance, process‑driven mindset, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday.

Pay

Salary ranges from $40K to $60K depending on experience.
