Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and auto technicians
• Guide customers through elected services and advise on recommended services (tires, brakes, etc.) following a vehicle service review
• Explain benefits, costs, and product features to help customers make informed decisions
• Build trust and connections to gain repeat business
• Achieve sales goals while delivering excellent customer care

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older
• Previous sales and service advisor experience
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with patience and empathy
• Organized with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented
• Passion for cars and the automotive industry

Pay

Competitive base pay plus commission; up to $80,000 per year.
