This role is open to candidates with direct experience or a background in retail, service industry, or those who enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians
• Advise customers on vehicle service and maintenance to build trust
• Manage appointments and document vehicle concerns
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate service records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Strong comfort with using computer systems
