Pay

$70‑100 K; competitive compensation.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet, develop rapport, and communicate with customers face‑to‑face and on the phone
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Facilitate communication with customers, including drop‑off, updates, and check‑out
• Determine and recommend appropriate services in a customer‑focused approach
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts
• Work with the team to complete service and daily tasks
• Use current technology to assist with communication and workflow

Requirements
