About the role
Scranton Chevrolet is seeking a service advisor with experience and energy to handle customer repair orders in the busy service department.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer repair orders efficiently
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
- Manage service operations with organization and expertise
- Utilize provided tools such as tablets, client videos, electronic quoting and bill payment, client financing options, and GM bonus programs
Requirements
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds and/or General Motors dealership experience is a plus
- Career-minded individual looking to grow with the dealership

Qualifications
- Driver's License required
