Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

As a Service Advisor at River Oaks Honda, you will act as a liaison between customers and technicians, presenting vehicle repair recommendations and ensuring excellent service to keep customers' vehicles in top shape.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to address all vehicle maintenance needs
• Write repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates
• Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers updated throughout the process
• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers
• Utilize cutting-edge Fixed Operations Technology
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Tech-savvy, able to learn and utilize technology
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Pay

Pay ranges between $50,000–$100,000+ per year, including incentive-based pay.
