Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and attentively listen to their concerns
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues through visual inspections or road tests
• Prepare detailed repair orders and provide accurate cost estimates
• Communicate effectively with customers about necessary maintenance and additional repairs
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication throughout the repair process
• Ensure high customer satisfaction standards

Requirements

• A minimum of one to three years of experience or training in the automotive industry
• A valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with automotive service software

Pay

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour during the training period, with the potential for a base salary plus commission once fully trained.
